The Beaches Launch Pad provides at-risk teenagers from the Northern Beaches of Sydney with meaningful short-term employment and on-the-job training opportunities while accessing flexible, wrap around support via our flagship employment-focused mentoring program.
The program utilises a youth-work centric approach to working with young people. Together, we set goals for the employment program and journey alongside them as they work towards achieving those goals
Our mentoring program support teenagers to build confidence, develop new skills, earn a fair wage through serving their local community, and take meaningful steps towards starting their careers

About The Founder
The Beaches Launch Pad is run by its founder Philip Loveday.
A father himself, Philip is a dedicated youth worker with over four years of experience supporting teenagers with wide-ranging needs.
His work focuses on empowering young people to develop important life skills while fostering positive relationships and meaningful engagement within their communities.
He is committed to creating safe environments where young people feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Philip’s relevant experience comes from organisation including Streetwork, Mentoring Men, Curl Curl Football Club, SES and the Love Bites Respectful Relationships Education Program
